We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if something doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help within the scope of our policy.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only for items with a manufacturing defect or damage.
Please note:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

If these conditions are not met, the item will not be eligible for a return or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or made-to-measure outfits

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Altered garments

  • Accessories or items marked as non-returnable


3. Return Process

If you receive a defective product:

  1. Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share your order number and proof (photo/video) of the issue.

  3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only processed in cases where:

  • The product is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing issue, and

  • A replacement is not available.

Approved refunds will be made through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Exchange Policy

If eligible for exchange:

  • We will arrange for a replacement of the same item or provide store credit.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once dispatched or customized, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.


7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, contact us immediately within 24 hours.
We will verify and replace the item at no additional cost.


8. Responsibility During Return Shipping

Until we receive the returned item, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure it is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
