1. Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-Wear Items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Customized Orders: Require 30–45 business days, depending on the level of customization and fabric availability.

Every outfit is checked for quality, finishing, and size accuracy before leaving our studio.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across the United Arab Emirates, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your emirate)

• Express Delivery: Available on request for select areas

You’ll receive a WhatsApp or email update once your parcel has been dispatched, along with delivery tracking details (if available).

4. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: May be available on promotional offers or qualifying order values.

• Standard Delivery Fee: Applied based on your delivery location and order type.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A small additional fee may apply for COD orders.

All applicable charges will be shown during checkout before confirming your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will share your tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your package easily.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days, please contact our support team.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address, phone number, and area pin code before placing your order.
Antasi Apparels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

7. Delivery Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier service disruptions

Our team will notify you immediately in case of any unexpected delay.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We’ll inspect the issue and provide a quick resolution according to our return policy.
