4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and other available local payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations within the UAE.
Antasi Apparels reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery across the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Antasi Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or incorrect delivery details.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Only manufacturer-defective or damaged products are eligible for return or exchange.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customised or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

All content, including logos, designs, images, and product descriptions on this website, is the property of Antasi Apparels.
